Marilyn Slade won the Theme Award Prize (second highest award after Best of Show) for her poem “Is There a Fair as Fair as Our Fair.”
Susan Condeff won the Silver Medal for her poem “Woman in the Water” and Honorable Mention for her poem “Summer Storm Perfect”.
Alice Kight has three poems exhibited at Alameda County Fair this year: “Life Like a Country Song,” “Gratitudes,” and “Think Red White and Blue”.
