Tara Farquhar writes fiction, memoir and poetry. She received an MFA in English and Creative Writing from Mills College. Tara explores the ideas of love, fear and loss in her writing. In particular, she writes about women’s struggles as they seek strength, courage, self acceptance, vulnerability and balance. Tara also writes romance short stories and novels, and erotic poetry, under the pen name Tara Dawn.
After years of writing just for fun and her own sanity, Tara is diving into the publishing frenzy. The one thing she has learned over the years is that time does not stop and wait for you to reach out and grab your dreams, you must make the time, take the knocks and keep on keeping on.
