At the request of my many fans, who do not want to be identified, and more importantly because the President of our organization has suggested all members submit “A BLOG”, I have decided to take the plunge. I have never written “A BLOG”, because frankly I think it sounds funny. Maybe it should be called “A BOG” (wet, spongy ground characterized by decaying mosses). Interesting! “A COG” (any of a series of teeth on the rim of a wheel). Huh? “A FOG” (a state of mental dimness and confusion). Maybe. Wait, I’ve got it! “A SMOG” (a noxious mixture of fog and smoke). That will probably describe my writing at this point. Let’s see, what can I write about? How about politics? At this time the disasters and riots just keep piling up, and I’m afraid to turn on the TV. But I must admit I’ve always been a bit curious about the guy with the bombs in his underwear. Was he wearing boxer shorts, or Jockey shorts with the elastic around the legs? That had to be an important decision. Perhaps I should just share some writing advice. Ahem,.. Rewrite, use both sides of the paper for drafts, keep working, and stop playing with your Fonts. It’s a waste of time and besides it sounds nasty.
