Patricia Boyle’s poem, “First Night,” won 14th place in the 2021 Writer’s Digest Poetry competition. They gave awards to the top 25 poems. Patricia’s award comes with a gift card for the WD shop, her name and poem title listed in next summer’s magazine and website, and an “award logo” that one can use to note winning status.
