Kelley Way will present “Lessons in Literary Law” at the Tri-Valley Writers April 16, 2022 meeting. Every author should know their rights in relation to their work. This presentation looks at five areas of law – copyright, trademark, right of privacy and publicity, defamation, and contracts – and talks about how to protect your rights in these areas while avoiding infringing on the rights of others.
This meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Registrants have the choice to meet in person at the Four Points by Sheraton or online.
