While everyone was stuck at home because of the pandemic, Eve and her co-author, Maria, used Zoom to interview leaders from around the world who have excelled in a wide range of career paths. Those discussions revealed critical success factors for both sides of the mentoring and sponsoring relationship.

atricia Wheeler’s new book, Amazon The Golden Eagle: Her Story of Overcoming a Tough Start, was published on November 10, 2020. She wrote this for Cascades Raptor Center in Eugene, Oregon. In this book, Amazon tells her story of being rescued after a 700-foot fall when she crawled too close to the edge of the nest. One of her wings did not heal sufficiently, so she couldn’t fly and be released into the wild. Amazon has been at Cascades Raptor Center for over 25 years.
