Patricia Boyle’s YA fantasy novel, Traitor in the Realm, (January 19, 2021) is now available. Kallan MacKinnon, and her foster brother, Matthew Webbe, become trapped in a besieged medieval kingdom. Their friendship is tested when they meet magically gifted teens from the new world, and they must tangle with prehistoric creatures and magical beings in their attempt to reach the gateway to Earth before it closes forever.

Neva Hodges’ first novel, Against the Wall, (January 15, 2021) is now available. After a failed suicide attempt, Elise escapes her life as a pastor’s wife by moving to the Victorian village of Ferndale. As she recovers from the depression that had overwhelmed her, she uses art to paint the emotional pain she suffers from her bipolar disorder, her unsympathetic church, and her self-absorbed husband. While she finds support in her recovery, it causes a rift in her family.

In The Community Book Project: Celebrating 365 Days of Gratitude, published December 7, 2020, people from all walks of life join together in this thought-of-the-day collection of essays–one for every day of the year. Inside are stories about the things, people, circumstances, and events the contributors are grateful for. These “gratitude-in-real-life” stories are about more than the polite “thank you” we casually exchange every day. They’re testimonials to the people and things we often take for granted. Participating members include: Jordan Bernal (March 17), Jane Glendinning (September 3), Julaina Kleist-Corwin (January 1, March 19, & April 5), Diane Lovitt (June 5), Carole MacLean (August 2), and Lynne Menon (March 30, April 2, & September 28).
