Lynne Menon is a non-fiction writer who recently received her M.F.A. in Creative Writing. She moved with her husband and two children to Pleasanton, California from Connecticut in 2012. That move was documented in a blog called MovingCTtoCA which transformed into Pleasantly Settled.
Lynne formerly managed her own public relations firm called StamfordPR, and was a non-profit communications specialist with numerous publications through her positions at the American Cancer Society, the Greenwich Family YMCA, Tri-Valley Haven, and Tri-Valley Animal Rescue. She is currently freelancing and working on her memoir. Lynne is grateful to be a member of and volunteer for the Tri-Valley Writers Club with its phenomenal speakers, resources and networking opportunities.
