im Rowson is retired after a 40+ year career in software. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering, and an MS and PhD in Computer Science, all from Caltech. His last job was at YouTube, helping recommend videos for users when they visit YouTube.com.
Jim is an avid science fiction reader. Favorite authors include Iain M. Banks and Karl Schroeder (and oh so many more). He’s also an enthusiastic photographer. His backyard is full of G Scale model trains running through a garden populated by miniature trees and succulents.
Jim is somewhat astonished to find himself writing novels with his best friend from high school. Their first collaboration was self-published in 2022 on KDP. They are continuing to collaborate, with two more novels underway.
